This form will be used by members to notify ITS of any grants they would be running through ITS. It would also be used by members to indicate what they would need assistance with. NOTES: a) All requests must be research related. b) All requests will be sent to Research accounting for approval before ITS administers any specific administrative support. Please send requests ahead of time so it can be approved and administered in a timely manner. c) Cost centres will be requested at a later date. d) More information may be requested at a later date.
